Strategic Leadership: This workshop is based upon the premise that leadership isn’t limited to those in formal leadership roles. Effective leadership requires thinking, acting, and influencing strategically. Developing these essential leadership skills is the workshop’s primary objective. Participants will explore the competencies that underline each of these skills through examples and application exercises.
Emotional Intelligence: The ability to connect emotionally with others is essential for leadership effectiveness. Individuals at every level in an organization benefit from emotionally intelligent leadership, which results in greater engagement, productivity, and other positive benefits. This workshop focuses on learning experiences related to the 4 core elements of emotional intelligence. It can stand alone or be integrated with a variety of other content to help participants address the social and emotional aspects of leadership.
Psychological Safety: Psychological safety at work is a shared belief that anyone on a team can speak up or make mistakes without fear of embarrassment, rejection, or punishment. This workshop provides participants with an understanding of how psychological safety increases team effectiveness, along with the tools to assess and promote psychological safety in their teams. This workshop is designed to be beneficial for anyone working in a team.
