  • From what you learned during this program so far, what will impact your development plan and goals?
  • Do you feel you have ample opportunities to apply your insights from the program to your current role? Why or why not?
  • What areas would benefit you and your team members if you could delegate more responsibility to help them develop?
  • How can your manager continue to support you in your development?
