As part of the transition from D365 Project Service Automation (PSA) to D365 Project Operations (PO), CCL’s D365 systems will be unavailable beginning Thursday, October 8 at 5:00 PM PST through the morning of Monday, October 12.
During this period, D365 PSA/PO, D365 CE, and D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) functionality will be unavailable while final migration and cutover activities are completed.
Please complete any required D365 work before the downtime begins. Additional guidance has been provided to teams impacted by the migration. A dedicated hypercare support team will be available following go-live to assist with questions and issues.
