Why are my Peer and Direct Reports scores combined?

Peers and Direct Reports are protected rater groups, so there must be 3 respondents in these 2 categories to receive responses at the question level.

  • If your report contains feedback from exactly 3 Peers and 2 Direct Reports, your report will have scores on the individual questions for Peers but not Direct Reports
  • If your report contains feedback from exactly 2 Peers and 3 Direct Reports, your report will have scores on the individual questions for Direct Reports but not Peers.
  • If your report contains feedback from exactly 2 Peers and 2 Direct Reports, a combined score will be reported and labeled “Peers/Direct Reports.”
