The CCL Leadership Accelerator (CLA) is a digital learning delivery platform designed to provide an outstanding learning experience for students of our wide variety of leadership training opportunities. A student is led step-by-step through their training using videos, exercises, interactions with colleagues, and assessments. The design creates many opportunities to learn leadership at all levels.
