- In CCL programs, reminder emails are sent to raters automatically at two weeks and one week before completion due date. Raters who have already submitted responses will not get a reminder.
- Raters of participants using individual product assessments will receive automatic reminders on the same schedule as the participant, which is set by their assessment administrator. The participant may also send reminders as needed
- Participants can view the schedule of the automatic reminders for their 360 assessment on the Rater Management screen.
