- Immediate Boss – Person to whom you directly report
- Superior – Person higher in the organization
- Peer – Your colleagues, co-workers; those you work closely with
- Direct Report – People who report routinely to you
- Other – Others who know you well and have had a good opportunity to observe your working style
- Observer – Employees in your organization
