Follow these steps to clear your cache in the most common internet browsers.
Microsoft Edge
1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser).
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Privacy & services.
4. Locate Clear browsing data, then select Choose what to clear.
5. Select the Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data check boxes and then select Clear.

1. Open Chrome. At the top right, click the three dot menu.
