A Coach is an executive coach who works directly with participants to support their leadership development. Coaches help participants reflect on assessment results, identify development priorities, and translate insights into meaningful actions and continued growth.
Coaches will make use of CCL’s Coaching Platform, which is designed to provide an inclusive technical environment for all involved in an Executive Coaching initiative. It is used by:
- Executive leaderership learners
- Coaches for communication, planning, and scheduling with their coachees
- Sponsors monitoring an organization’s initiative
