Why do the downloaded reports expire after 60 days?

The report PDFs downloaded from CCL Access are designed to expire after 60 days to protect participants’ confidential data. These PDFs are known as a “coach’s copy”, as they are to be used by the feedback facilitator only. There should only be one permanent copy of a participant’s data, and that copy, once facilitated, should be in their possession.

If the report you downloaded has expired, simply download the PDF from CCL Access again, resetting the 60-day expiration window.

Participants are able to download a permanent, non-expiring copy of their report directly from Compass. For this reason, facilitators should not send report PDFs downloaded from CCL Access to their participants, as it can cause confusion. Follow the link below for instructions on how to download a permanent copy of the report.
