CCL will rescore Benchmarks for Managers and Skillscope feedback reports within certain guidelines.
If the participant has not seen the feedback report, or Compass has not been released, any number of rater types can be added.
- Feedback reports are a snapshot in time and rater feedback six months ago is not consistent with the participant’s current environment.
- Additional raters must have completed the surveys in a time period relative to other raters already scored.
If the participant has seen the feedback report specific guidelines apply.
- Additional raters must have completed the surveys in a time period relative to other raters already scored.
- Peers and Direct Reports are confidential categories, and care must be taken to ensure that they are protected.
- A minimum of two new raters must respond in the specific rater category (i.e. one would need at least two new Peers to respond before we could provide a re-scored feedback report).
- Exception to provide more valuable feedback – If the participant only received competency level scores and not item-level scores in a confidential category (i.e., 2 peers), we can add the additional form and re-score so that the participant can then receive full, item-level scores.
- Exception to provide more valuable feedback – If the participant received rater data pooled together into one condensed category, (combined 2 Peers and 2 Direct Reports) we can add the additional form and re-score. The report would have full Item level data for the rater category added and the other rater category would revert to competency level.
The fee for each rescore is $100.
