If you’re attempting to access CCL’s assessment survey platform at assessments.ccl.org:
- Ensure that you have accessed the sign up link in your invitation email and successfully created a password.
- Try these steps if you did not receive or can’t find your invitation email.
- If you are certain you accessed the sign up link from your invitation email, check that you have entered your username and password correctly.
- Make sure you are using the correct URL to access the portal. If you are completing a CCL assessment you will log in at assessments.ccl.org.
