Error: You’ve previously logged into the CCL’s Leadership Accelerator (CLA) platform but get an error message when attempting to log back in

This error can occur for a variety of reasons. Try these resolution steps:

  1. Follow this link to log out of all CCL applications: https://auth.ccl.org/v2/logout
  2. Clear your browser cache. If you’re not sure how to clear your cache, see our instructions on how to clear your cache in the most common browsers.
  3. Once you have cleared your cache, close the browser window.
  4. Open a new browser window and type “lead.ccl.org” directly into the address bar (do not use a bookmark or link), then Enter on your keyboard to get to the CCL Leadership Accelerator (CLA) login. Bookmark this URL, and log in with your username and password.
    • Note: If you previously created a bookmark during the initial sign-up process, you may have bookmarked an invalid link which will cause an error if you try to use it again.
