This error can occur for a variety of reasons. Try these resolution steps:
- Follow this link to log out of all CCL applications: https://auth.ccl.org/v2/logout
- Clear your browser cache. If you’re not sure how to clear your cache, see our instructions on how to clear your cache in the most common browsers.
- Once you have cleared your cache, close the browser window.
- Open a new browser window and type “lead.ccl.org” directly into the address bar (do not use a bookmark or link), then Enter on your keyboard to get to the CCL Leadership Accelerator (CLA) login. Bookmark this URL, and log in with your username and password.
- Note: If you previously created a bookmark during the initial sign-up process, you may have bookmarked an invalid link which will cause an error if you try to use it again.
