Skillscope Scoring Rules Matrix

CCL research has proven that raters providing feedback will respond more truthfully if they know their identity is unknown. For this reason, raters in the Peer and Direct Report categories are guaranteed that their answers will be combined with others to protect their anonymity. The truthful response feature is a key aspect of CCL’s 360 process.

There are two report types available:

  1. The Combined report shows data for the Self, the Boss, and all peers, Direct Reports, and Others raters in one group.
  2. The Breakout report shows data for the Self, Boss, Peers, Direct Reports, and Others each identified separately in their own categories.

The matrix shows the way the report will display rater data when less than minimum requirements are submitted for Peers and Direct Reports in the Breakout report type.

Choose the row relating to the number of Direct Reports that submitted responses and the column for the number of Peers that submitted. That intersection will describe the way the Direct Report and Peer data will appear on the report.
