Checklist for CCL Program Participants

This is an overview of the things you will need to know:
– What the program is about.
– Important reminder dates in the process.
– Hotel and travel information.
– How to use the Leadership Accelerator to your best advantage.

There is a link to the preferred hotel in the Course Info section in the Leadership Accelerator. It is best to make these reservations early to ensure availability.

Depending on how early you have registered relative to the start date, your pre-work may be available. Once it is available, it is important to at least begin promptly to ensure you schedule enough time to complete requirements. The amount of time required for pre-work depends on the program.

Many programs have a 360-degree assessment which will require an investment of time from your colleagues. It is best to assign your raters early to give them time around their busy schedules to provide thoughtful feedback.

Allow time to thoughtfully complete your own assessments. The self-awareness gained from that effort is impactful.
Taking Assessments

– Delivery of assessment feedback reports is almost always facilitated by a CCL expert. This coach will help bring to light trends and things unnoticed.
– The delivery time will be determined by the program design. Sometimes it happens before the program start date, and sometimes during the program. You will be notified.
– For 360 feedback reports, CCL Compass™ is often used to supplement goal-setting.
