Getting Started in the Assessment Portal

  • The Assessment Portal is a secure online platform designed to allow access anytime, anywhere to CCL assessment surveys.
    • Participants use the Assessment Portal for:
      • Managing Raters (usually, depending on the assessment, 5 peers who know your work best, 5 who report directly to you, and your immediate boss).
      • Completing assessment surveys.
      • Monitoring status.
    • Raters use the Assessment Portal for completing 360 assessment surveys assigned to them by Participants.
    • If a Participant has a 360 assessment, they must both complete a self-survey and assign their raters.

In addition to their surveys Participants will be asked to complete the About Me form. This is a set of biographical questions, that can be returned to and edited later if needed. To complete the About Me form, click the Review button under About Me on the left side of the screen.
