Session Archive

Sessions will archive automatically seven days after the session date. If there is no session date all sessions will show up in your active list. If you don’t see a session, you are looking for, choose “Archive” or “All” from the drop down in the Active search box.

  1. To un-archive older sessions follow these steps:
  2. Click on Manage Session/Participant.
  3. From the dropdown within the “Search in:” box select Archived*.
  4. Click the Find button.
  5. Click on the session Title that you want to unarchive.
  6. Find the Session Date: box
  7. Choose a date in the future for the session to archive.
  8. Click the Save button.
