- Check your spam or junk email folder.
- Search your inbox for emails from No-Reply@ccl.org, CenterforCreativeLeadership@ccl.org or Support@ccl.org.
- Does your organization have particularly strict IT security? Often emails sent with secure links are captured as solicitations, and it may not be possible to receive the email at this location without your IT department allowing the CCL address.
- Have your IT department add the Center for Creative Leadership URLs and IP addresses to your company’s safe list.
